From a tiny seed to your table. We also offer classes on how to preserve your food to get your family through to the following grow season.
Our different garden classes will offer techniques on preparing your soil, composting, seed starting, planting, maintaining weeds organically, harvesting, preparing, preserving and winter preparation. We will also be holding special classes on green house growing and extending your grow season by months.
Everyone cooks with herbs, but herbs also play an enormous role in our body's health. In our Herb growing classes we will learn how to grow, gather, and dry herbs. Also uses for each herb medicinally as well as how to cook with them.
